The Book of Psalms series by Kate Charles are very enjoyable. All set in Church of England parishes and usually have as a back drop some point of debate regarding the C of E (ordination of women, etc.) Recommended.

Alys Clare has the Hawkenlye series. The only one I've read is Ashes of the Elements. I also like Ellis Peters.
